These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) constitute an agreement between Marketbiz.net (“we,” “PT Marketbiz Jendela Digital”) and the party (“Customer,” “Service User,” “you,” “Client”), and apply to all products or services ordered by the Client from Marketbiz.net. The referenced products or services may include SEO, Social Media Management, Search Engine Marketing, Website & System Development, WhatsApp Chatbot, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.

By using Marketbiz.net’s services, you agree to all terms and conditions stated on this page, including for new services as well as renewals.

Cancellation

The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 48 hours of purchase by sending an official cancellation request via email to Saskia at Marketbiz.net.

Guarantee

The client understands that search engines (such as Google) are independent companies that determine website rankings based on their own criteria. To achieve a high ranking, the client must follow the recommendations of PT MARKETBIZ JENDELA DIGITAL to optimize the website for search engine listings. If the client fails to follow the recommendations provided by PT MARKETBIZ JENDELA DIGITAL, the results achieved may be less than optimal. Failure to comply with these recommendations will void any written guarantees under the law.

The SEO service fee (including initial audit, setup, and optimization costs) must be paid 100% in advance before the SEO campaign work begins.

The total fee amount is determined based on an agreement between PT MARKETBIZ JENDELA DIGITAL and you. This agreement may be communicated through a proposal, chat conversation, email, phone call, form submission, service package selection, or any other form of official communication. The pricing for SEO services is adjusted based on the scope of services, industry competition level, target keywords, website complexity, and the optimization goals to be achieved.

A full refund is provided to clients who, for any reason, do not receive the services that have been paid for and agreed upon in the contract. All refund requests will be subject to invoicing and details provided by the business advertising area. If it is clear that the service requirements have not been fulfilled, a full refund will be issued to the client’s original account. Refund requests must be submitted via email.

Refunds cannot be issued if the service has already been processed and the ads have been published.

The service fee must be paid according to the prices listed on the Marketbiz.net website, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

All displayed prices are exclusive of 10% VAT.

The client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by our privacy policy terms as stated at the bottom of this page.

Legal Compliance

The Service User is required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. Any products or services offered by the Service User on their website are the sole responsibility of the Service User.

Indemnification

The Service User agrees to release, defend, and hold harmless PT MARKETBIZ JENDELA DIGITAL and all parties involved in the services offered by PT MARKETBIZ JENDELA DIGITAL from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and all costs (including legal fees, damages, and reasonable settlement amounts) arising from, related to, or that may result from the use of and/or access to the services.

Response

To file a complaint, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. You will receive a response within two (2) to five (5) business days, and we will strive to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Both parties agree to make all reasonable efforts to negotiate a resolution to any complaints or disputes between them.

PT MARKETBIZ JENDELA DIGITAL does not guarantee increased sales, profits, or any specific gains for the client’s website, business, services, or products optimized through Marketbiz.net’s SEO services.

Search engine rankings on Google are dynamic and influenced by many factors, including Google’s constantly evolving algorithms, keyword competition levels, website content quality, technical site structure, and competitors’ SEO activities. Therefore, PT MARKETBIZ JENDELA DIGITAL does not guarantee that specific keywords will consistently remain at the top of Google search results within a given time frame.

Changes

Any changes to service features must be confirmed in writing and agreed upon by both PT MARKETBIZ JENDELA DIGITAL and the Client.

These terms and conditions may be changed at any time by PT MARKETBIZ JENDELA DIGITAL without prior notice. PT MARKETBIZ JENDELA DIGITAL reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with or without reason.
